At Tecuriux, we strive to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Processing: After your payment is verified, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process and pack your order at our warehouse.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include your Tracking Number.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Please note that shipping time does not include the processing time mentioned above. As we work with global suppliers to bring you this viral product at the best price, our standard shipping times are:
Spain & European Union: 7 – 12 Business Days.
United Kingdom: 6 – 10 Business Days.
United States: 8 – 15 Business Days.
Rest of the World: 10 – 20 Business Days.
Note: “Business Days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Yes, you will receive a tracking number for every order.
Where to track: You can track your package directly on our website (if available) or using universal tracking sites like 17track.net or ParcelsApp.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package and for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive the shipping email.
4. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages (from different warehouse locations) to ensure they get to you as fast as possible. Do not worry if you receive one item before the other; the rest is on its way.
5. CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Tecuriux is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders within the European Union, VAT is already handled under the IOSS system for orders under €150, so you should not face additional fees.
6. DELIVERY ISSUES
Incorrect Address: Tecuriux is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@thecuriux.com. If the package has already shipped, we cannot change the destination.
Lost/Stolen Packages: If the tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Tecuriux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
7. DELAYS
We do our best to meet the delivery times quoted. However, occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (logistics delays, weather, strikes, customs inspections). In these cases, we ask for your patience.
